Le britannique Alfred, Claude Bromhead, proche collaborateur de la maison Gaumont, filme non seulement en Grande-Bretagne, mais également en Italie :
Mr. Bromhead, the manager of Messrs. L. Gaumont and Co., the cinématographers, was in Naples a few days ago, and made the ascent of Mount Vesuvius. He had with him a cinematograph camera and obtained pictures of the volcano, chich was then in violent eruption....
