Returning from the Races

In this picture one gets an excellent idea of the Jap pleasure seekers who have been out to "play" the annual Yokohama races. At the roadside is seen a Japanese mother with her toddling child, who carries a miniature national flag on a slender bamboo stick. An old blind beggar is being led along holding one end of a bamboo stick, the other end of which is guided by his son.
