The Road to the East

"The Overland Route Photographed from London to Brindisi.
All the chief places of interest are depicted, and are of exceptional quality. A deviation from the route is made to visit Rome, Pompeii, &c., the panorama being magnificent, from Brindisi across the blue Mediterranean to Egypt, the Nile, and the Pyramids, with a unique picture of an ostrich farm, showing the mother bird with the eggs, the birds at the ages of one week, two months, one, two, ten, and twenty years old, and a mangificent film of the Syrian coast, taken under very great difficulty. All make a realistic tour never before attainable. Write for full particulars."
