Le succès est au rendez-vous et Frank St. Hill annonce de possibles tournages :
There was a large attendance at the Miners’ Institute on Saturday evening to witness the Cinematographe. The loud applause which greeted the various pictures manifested the marked appreciation of the audience. The pictures which were received with most favor were Lewin and his performing dog. The life-like representation of the animal turning a double back somersault and the waiting for the order of his master were marvellous. The serpentine dance was a contribution which was re-demanded. The gyrations of the danseuse were so perfect, and even the folds in the draperies were so well brought out, that it was hard to realise the fact that it was but a picture. Several other representations were displayed on the screen. It was announced that it was the intention of the management to take views of the principal streets and houses at Kalgoorlie, also of the Great Boulder and other mines, to be produced by the aid of the cinematographe in London. Mr St Hill, the manager, has decided to visit the Miners’ Club at the Boulder on Wednesday evening, and give two exhibitions at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.
