The Royal visit to Ireland commences today. Last night the Duke and Duchess of York were escorted by a small naval squadron from Holyhead to Kingston, and this morning they will make their entry into Dublin. The programme of their stay in the Green Isle has been well arranged, and, on this side the Irish Channel, it is sincerely hoped that their visit may be productive of many good results.
