A Wringing Good Joke
Grandpa sits nodding in his armchair in the kitchen where a woman is at work over a wash tub. Small boy plans mischief. She is called away from her work, and while she is talking at the door, small boy ties a string from the tub handle to grandpa's chair, which suddenly tips over backward, upsetting the tub, soap suds and clothes all over him. The small boy dances in wicked glee; especially when the woman, in trying to help the old man up, slips on a piece of soap, and herself falls into the mess.
