Starting for the Fire

Newark, N.J., forms the background of this picture, which shows almost the entire Fire Departement of that city, led by the Chief, responding to an alarm. the horses present a beautiful spectacle as they dash madly by, reeking with foam, and puffing from the exertion of their long gallop. The fist exhibition of this film in New York was cheered to the echo.
