Being a perfect reproduction of that long drawn-out and evidently enjoyable osculation indulged in by John C. Rice and May Irwin in John J. McNally's face-comedy, "The Widow Jones," including Rice's famous wink at the audience, admittedly one of the funnniest episodes contained in any play.

The last picture, "The Widow's Kiss," was a revelation. Coyly the widow submitted to the embrace of her lover, ans when, after twirling his moustache as a preparatory step, he imprinted a kiss on her lips the reality was so startling that thunders of applause followed.
