Le Myriograph de Joseph Poole (Royal, [19]-[24] décembre 1903)
Le Myriograph de Joseph Poole présente des vues animées en novembre.
ALDERSHOT.
ROYAL.-Lessee and Manager, Mr. Clarence Sounes; Resident-Manager, Mr Geo. E. Williams.— A change from the ordinary course of "things theatrical" is provided this week for "things theatrical" is provided this week for the patrons here in the engagement of Mr. Joseph Poole's twentieth century combination, which includes a capital myriorama (the story of which is interestingly told by Mr Frank Freeland) and several variety turns, which are cleverly sandwiched between the [...]alts in a journey round the world as told with the help of artistic and effective pictures. Messrs Newcombe and Sullivan are highly successful as grotesque dancers, and Searle and Searle go through some clever conjuring business. Owen and Moore's excellent musical novelty entertainment is heartily received. Poole's electric Myriograph of animated pictures is pleasingly new, and wonderfully clever is the horizontal performance of Horton and Linder. As acrobats and contortionists it would be difficult to beat the Fred Bendella Troupe, and Jean and Jean introduce a burlesque boxing act that pleases. Warl and Charl also do well in their comic business.

Le Myriograph de Joseph Poole (Theatre, 19-24 décembre 1904)
Le Myriograph de Joseph Poole présente des vues animées en décembre.
AT THE THEATRE.
Mr. Joseph Poole’s Myriorama will be exhibited at the Theatre next week. The show has been brought thoroughly up-to-date, with pictures of the centres of interest in the war in the Far East. The myriograph, by means of animated photographs, will reflect incidents of interest, and there is a strong combination of artistes down to appear. As an amusement amalgamation Poole’s show is far ahead of its competitors, and there should be ““big business.” On Wednesday and Saturday there will be matinees.
