Arriving at Baikal, on their way to St. Petersburg, of about 800 Marines of the two battleships, "Variag" and" Korietz," blown up by the Japanese, this remnant of 62 men are the sole survivors.These sailors, not having been placed under parole, are again on their way to Vladivostock to join the Russian Squadron stationed there.
