George Elsey collabore avec les frères James et Frederick Downey aux premiers temps du cinématographe :
George Elsey
FIRST and last in their local operations, the brothers Fred and James Downey has a skilful and faithful ally in George Elsey, a Shieldsman who in turn was electrician and operator and manager. He was ten years in their employ and many years afterwards was engaged in the technical work of cinema production. He managed the "Kings Pictures" in Barrington Street for several years. The accompanying picture was taken while he was manager of the King's Pictures.
